Our facility

Western Plains Chiropractic was established in 2014, however, 2022 was a big level up in providing Gillette residents with a unique and different approach to spine health. This absolutely state-of-the-art facility was envisioned to offer patients our very best. We may be chiropractic experts but excellence in patient experience is what motivates us every day.

At Western Plains you can also expect a serious approach to health. This cutting-edge facility helps us to better understand conditions and complaints. We devote a substantial amount of time to determining if our care can help your individual basis. Our team works hard to not only help alleviate pain but to also help you better your own health in the long run. We want you functioning at your best and there is some level of responsibility you will need to take in order to maintain the clinical care you get during treatment.

One thing we’re distinctly proud of in our new location is the wood accent wall immediately visible when you enter. The beautifully restored wood is from the original grain elevator built in downtown Gillette in 1923. Some of our patients had relatives who helped build it! And now it’s proudly up-cycled in this state-of-the-art facility.

When you look closely at the individual pieces you can see the story of hard work that this wood put in to provide for our community. Every gouge and groove has been meticulously worn over years of repetitive use… like some of the conditions we see in patients’ bodies.

This is an example of how we learn from studying the past while looking forward to a better future.
